Positive Thoughts Help Your Health

Positive thoughts help people to have better health.

Why do positive thoughts help health?  Your body is producing feel good chemicals which lower stress.

Practice thoughts, positive life affirming thoughts, and reap the benefits.  The daily practice of happy, positive thoughts helps you with productivity. This state of mind allows you to clearly and accurately see situations. Study after medical study are touting the benefits of healthy eating and a positive attitude. That a positive thoughts and attitude are helping people reduce pain and live a better quality of life.

So that is all great and wonderful so how do I start.   Most of us are hurried and worried about kids, dinner, projects at work, jealousy, traffic and improving relationship.One of the techniques I use in my consulting practice.

A grateful journal…just list all things that you are grateful.Review this list before getting out of bed in the morning and before going to sleep at night. This will give the unconscious mind a habit of seeing that good things have happened to you more than once in your life. Make copies carry in your purse, desk and car.
